Most hotels in Crimea offer guests rooms located in one or several multi-storey buildings. Mar le Mar is a modern cottage settlement built in a Crimean pine tree reserve on the Black Sea coast in 2010. Every cottage of the hotel has eight spacious rooms/suites – four on each floor.

In our hotel, every guest can find a room or suite that is perfectly suited for their personal standards and demands - we have cosy standard rooms for one person as well as spacious suites which can accommodate a large family or a company of friends. In vacation season 2012, we will offer our guests not only our well-known leisure areas, but also an additionally equipped beach, which is now twice as big as well as our new Infinity swimming pool, Mar le Mar Kaif bathing complex, a universal sportive field, and an exercise room for an active health-renovating vacation.

Mar le Mar Restaurant offers at your service a banquet hall and a fireplace hall, a cozy VIP hall for negotiations and business meetings, summer terraces and private summerhouses, a poolroom, and a small cinema hall. When the weather permits, a smorgasbord is served on the summer terrace of the restaurant (three meals daily are included in the price of the room/suite).

The hotel complex includes four bars with traditional variety of drinks and creative cocktail menu: the Lounge Bar functions all year round on the upper deck of the restaurant, the Grill Bar by the summer terrace functions May through November, the Pool Bar by the swimming pool and the Beach Bar function in summer (charged extra).
